Wenzhou University of Technology accurately targets the core needs of regional industrial transformation and upgrading, building a bridge that connects higher education with the real economy,and establishing multiple industry-education integration platforms to serve the development of new quality productive forces in local core manufacturing industries.

為培育出高素質應用型人才，溫州理工學院不僅創建了近萬平方米的校內實訓基地，還設立了浙江省實驗教學示範工程訓練中心和40余個專業實驗室。

To cultivate high-quality applied talents,Wenzhou University of Technology has not only created an on-campus training base of nearly 10,000 square meters but also established a Zhejiang Province experimental teaching demonstration engineering training center and more than 40 professional laboratories.

徐小江：實訓基地建設一直是産教融合的重要方面。我們學校也建設了非常多的實訓基地，有與企業共同建設的，也有我們學校自身的一些科研平臺的轉化，所有實訓基地的建設，都是來推動産教融合工作。比如説我們學校濱海校區就是一個非常好的實訓基地，濱海校區是我們浙江省的第一批綠色校園，裏面也有我市（溫州）首個改造類的近零能耗建築，我們專業的學生進來的第一堂課就是會要求學生來參觀我們的校園，從入學的第一天開始，就讓學生感受到這些專業的一些知識，讓他們更好的去了解這個專業。

Xu Xiaojiang:The construction of practical training bases has always been an important aspect of integrating industry and education.Our school has also built many practical training bases,some of which are jointly constructed with enterprises, and others are transformed from our school's own scientific research platforms.The construction of all these training bases is aimed at promoting the integration of industry and education.Our Binhai campus is an excellent practical training base and is one of the first batch of green campuses in Zhejiang Province.It also features the first retrofitted near-zero energy zero consumption building in our city (Wenzhou).The first lesson for our students is to require them to visit our campus.From the first day of enrollment,students are exposed to professional knowledge,allowing them to better understand their major.

學校根據自身基礎和優勢，貫穿産教融合、科教融合這條主線，探索實踐建設高水準應用型大學之路，讓學生“人盡其才，人人出彩”。

孫偉：通過産教融合項目的推進，我們的教學品質得到了具體的提升，通過産教融合實踐，極大提升學生對專業知識的整體理解和興趣愛好；在教學體系中形成“理論與實驗教學——現場實踐——自主創新——結果反饋”這樣一條人才培養的完整閉環，有效促進高素質應用型創新人才的培養；通過實踐與試錯，讓學生掌握學科全貌，做到在個人學習中有的放矢、自主學習、精準學習。通過項目實踐的模式，激發學生的創造力，掌握創新方式方法，從而促進其靈活運用理論知識的能力。

Sun Wei:Through the advancement of industry-education integration projects,our teaching quality has been concretely enhanced.The practice of industry-education integration greatly improves students' overall understanding and interest in professional knowledge.A complete closed-loop talent training system has been formed within the teaching system, which includes‘theoretical and experimental teaching-on-site practice-independent innovation-result feedback',effectively promoting the cultivation of high-quality applied innovative talents. Through practice and trial and error, students are able to grasp the full picture of the subject, enabling them to achieve targeted, self-directed, and precise learning in their personal academic process.The project-based practice model stimulates students' creativity,helps them master innovative methods,and thus promotes their ability to flexibly apply theoretical knowledge.

産教融合的深入實施不僅優化了優秀製造業人才培養的教學路徑，還為學生搭建了從校園到職場角色轉變的橋梁，構築了解決企業人才需求與高校人才供給脫節問題的有效途徑。

The in-depth implementation of industry-education integration not only optimizes the teaching path for cultivating excellent manufacturing talents, but also builds a bridge for students from campus to the enterprise, providing an effective way to solve the disconnect between enterprise talent needs and university talent supply.

徐小江:在這個産教的過程中，我們很多企業其實都是溫州當地的一些企業，學生在實習和産教融合的過程中，已經和企業有了非常多的接觸和了解，這也為這些學生在畢業之後，選擇留在溫州，留在這些企業創造了非常好的條件。那麼，我們也非常希望我們所培養的學生在畢業之後能留在溫州，為溫州當地的經濟發展做出貢獻。

Xu Xiaojiang:In this process of industry-education integration,many of our partner companies are local businesses in Wenzhou.Students have had extensive contact and understanding of these enterprises during their internships and industry-education integration activities.This also creates excellent conditions for these students to choose to stay in Wenzhou and work for these companies after graduation.We hope our students  will stay in Wenzhou after graduation and contribute to the local economic development of Wenzhou.

近年來，溫州理工學院深入開展産學合作協同育人項目140多項，年均創造産值3億元以上，年帶動就業崗位500多個，打造産教融合的“溫州經驗、浙江樣本”。

In recent years,Wenzhou University of Technology has carried out more than 140 industry-university cooperative education projects,creating an annual output value of over 300 million yuan,driving more than 500 employment positions per year,and establishing the"Wenzhou experience, Zhejiang model" for industry-education integration.

教育強國奮進之筆不輟，高等教育前行步履不停。溫州理工學院以高素質應用人才培養為核心，深化産教融合，堅定不移地走出産教融合的創新路。
