The city is always on demand while giving talents free space to grow, establishing a comprehensive and convenient talent service system. The city's smart talent service platform utilizes AI to compile over 100 service policies and resources, allowing users to match one of the over 5,000 tailored service packages by just selecting one type from the service catalog or answering a maximum of seven questions. Over 20,000 service green cards have been issued, enabling the holders to enjoy 24 preferential services across seven categories. Chengdu has a comprehensive talent service center and four branches, 9 recruitment stations at key universities and institutions, and 25 talent service stations in industrial parks. Additionally, the city has launched China's first talent service stationfor national laboratory, enabling top-tier professionals to focus on achieving technology breakthroughs.
