中國是“禮儀之邦”,同時擁有眾多精湛技藝,二者結合,成為了中國向世界遞出的“外交名片”——國禮。
China is a “land of etiquette” and has many exquisite skills. The combination of the two has become China's signature item in diplomatic exchanges to the world -- the state gift.
首先來看出自“皇家工藝”的國禮重器——景泰藍。1952年,中國首次承辦國際性會議——“亞洲及太平洋區域和平會議”,景泰藍檯燈就是國禮之一,被郭沫若譽為“新中國第一份國禮”。

In September 2015, to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, China gifted a giant cloisonne ceremonial vessel in the name of “Peace.” It conveys the country's hope and belief in seeking peace, development, cooperation and win-win results.
而在1995年,慶賀聯合國五十華誕時,中國贈送的是青銅器“世紀寶鼎”, 象徵著團結、統一,同樣是代表和平、昌盛的吉祥物。
In 1995, when celebrating the 50th birthday of the United Nations, China presented a bronze ware named “the treasure cauldron of the century” as a gift, which symbolized unity and was also an auspicious symbol of peace and prosperity.
