昌江核電站二期項目正式開工

China.Org--China’s National Nuclear Safety Administration has issued theconstruction certificate for the project of Changjiangnuclear power station phase 2 in Hainanprovince.Theconstruction of the plantstarted on March31.

中國網訊 3月31日，國家核安全局向位於海南省昌江黎族自治縣的昌江核電站二期工程發放了建設許可，標誌著昌江核電站二期工程的項目建設工作正式展開。

According to China Huaneng Group, owner of the plant，the totalinvestment volume of the plant isestimated to reach 36.85 billion yuan (USD 5.62 billion),making the plant the most expensive project in Hainan Free Trade Port to date.Changjiangnuclear power station phase 2 is also the firstnuclear project under China’s 14th Five-Year-Plan and thegroup’s firstpressurized-water-type nuclear project.

據了解，該項目由中國華能集團有限公司控股，總投資額預計將達到人民幣368.5億元，是海南自貿港設立以來投資額最大的項目。同時，昌江核電站二期工程也是我國“十四五”計劃中的第一個核電項目、亦是華能集團首個控股建設的大型壓水堆核電項目。

The construction period is expected to take 60 months, and the project isscheduled toenter commercial operation at the end of 2026. The project has been listed as one of Hainan's major projects in 2021. And the designedannual capacity is 18 billion Kwh, which means it will lower the consumption of 5.5 million tons coal, and lower the CO2 emissions of 13 million tonsper year.

據悉，昌江核電站二期工程項目建設週期規劃為60個月，計劃將於2026年底投入使用；預計項目投産後，每年將為海南全島提供180億千瓦時（度）的清潔用電，相當於減少標煤消耗550萬噸，減排二氧化碳1300萬噸。

Established in 1989,as one of five major generators, China Huaneng is the fourth Chinese central enterprise to obtain qualification for nuclear power development.Currently Huaneng is the largest power project investor in Hainan as the company’s total investment in the province has exceed 30 billion yuan,and all of the invested projects have generated 200billion Kwh electricity now.
