CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd., the Group, together with Chongqing Airport Customs and other units, has issued the“Eleven Measures to Support the Development of Aviation Logistics”. These measures can improve the cargo capacity of international aviation and support the local aviation logistics enterprises to resume work and production in an orderly manner and speed up their recovery and development.

The Measures mainly cover five aspects, including continuous improvement of customs clearance and inspection efficiency, the addition of green special channels, the reduction and exemption of relevant fees and transportation incentives for logistics enterprises, logistics distributed goods and airlines.

In improvements of customs clearance and inspection efficiency, Chongqing Airport, together with Chongqing Airport Customs and other units, will continue to provide 7 x 24 hours of customs clearance guarantee without appointment for the import and export of international goods. It will provide“on-arrival inspection” customs clearance service for imported fresh goods and make a“one-hour delivery” commitment to continue to improve the efficiency of customs clearance and inspection of goods. At present, it provides new value-added services for owners of cargo and logistics enterprises, such as security inspection with an appointment, door-to-door security inspection training, and supervision and inspection and release of special goods outside the customs area.

Green special channels are newly added in Chongqing Airport, which provide priority support for epidemic prevention materials and materials needed for resumption of work and production. Three service guarantees including special window coordination, special process guarantee and professional team operation are provided for the current“passenger to goods” flights with more operation. Special channels are set for goods of the“New Western Land-sea Corridor”, the“Belt and Road” and the“Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe international railway”, with three-priority service guarantees (priority of collection and transportation, priority of security check and priority of inspection and release) provided.

Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. has introduced supportive policies like reduction and exemption of site rental and energy usage fees for logistics enterprises after resumption of work and production. In order to further strengthen the support, corresponding incentives and support will be given to logistics enterprises operating truck flights, international express items and designated goods in Chongqing Airport. Different levels of reduction in airfare charges will also be implemented for airlines operating international (regional) passenger-cargo flights in Chongqing Airport.
