當我在畫一幅人物形象時，應該説是和對象在一起進行創作，那種感受、激情和全神貫注，是自始至終的。我經常被所畫對象激動，加上光線、角度、動態，特別是人物的神情、感覺、味道都時時吸引著我，加上聯想。我在畫面上迅速移動、記錄、捕捉我感受到的種種神韻、色彩和形象之美。

自然流露和獨特表現是藝術家和藝術作品中精神與品格至關重要的因素。

Intimate Words of the Painter

The appeal and beauty as well as sense and soul, existing in all life, could only be appreciated by the artist with his unique imagination.

On painting the image of an object, I am actually engaging in the creative work together with the object with the feeling, passion and concentration lasting from beginning to end. I always get excited by the object, and indulge myself in the world of light, angle and movement as well as the object’s look, feeling and taste; of course, my imagination combines them all. I am moving swiftly on the picture, recording and capturing all sorts of charm, colors and beauty of the image that I have experienced.

Natural feelings and unique expressions play a pivot role in forming the spirit and character of the artist and his artistic work.
