巴塞爾藝術博覽會的藝術跑酷部分展現為現場具象的藝術作品演繹。本屆藝術跑酷地址遷至巴塞爾聖喬安街區。從6月13至6月17日，13處地點將被著名國際藝術家轉變成藝術場所，這些藝術家包括Pawel Althamer, Abraham Cruzvillegas, Rodney Graham, Aleksandra Mir, Maria Nordman, Pedro Reyes 以及 Dieter Roth。
這一高品質的藝術作品陳列將銜接巴塞爾的過去與現在，將藝術元素融入到了城市構成之中。作品陳列的負責人為Jens Hoffmann，現為CCA Wattis Institute的主管。聖喬安地區的會場包括Druckerei Ackermannshof, Dieter Roth's former studio, Predigerkircher (Preacher's Church)以及the Restaurant Zur Mägd。
6月13日晚8點至12點，藝術跑酷之夜將上演由藝術家Kathryn Andrews主持策劃的一系列演出。在“城市聲音”期間，由小丑、雜技演員、樂師、雜耍人表演的節目以及各種綜藝表演將引爆萊茵河兩岸。
