應人民大學徐悲鴻藝術學院的邀請，河北師範大學美術與設計學院油畫係教師作品展得以順利的舉辦。作為學院間的學術交流，反映了河北師大美術與設計學院油畫係教師在藝術創作上面對社會，面對不同文化現象開放和包容的姿態。
處在石家莊這樣一個很特殊的移民城市，地域的身份感與文化認同都很模糊，沒有明顯的藝術流派，也沒有藝術市場。對當代藝術的“號召”也不敏感，更多的是一種知識分子型的自我反省與完善。大家做藝術是一種習慣。無論前輩師長，還是同齡朋友，一撥一撥的人，一段一段的記憶，都是在努力的把教育做好，把藝術做好，並堅定地認為二者是至高無上的。

Whatever predecessors teachers, or peer, stir, stir segments memory, are trying to put the education well, well, and the art is adamant that both is supreme.
