跨越萬里山海 溫州這支援非醫療隊“不簡單”

近日，一場迎接溫州醫科大學附屬第一醫院援非醫療隊的歡迎會在中非友誼醫院舉行。身患瘧疾的中非友誼醫院院長肯特·讓·克裏索斯托姆，強忍發燒和頭痛參加歡迎會，為溫州醫療隊送上祝福。

Recently,a welcome ceremony for The First Affiliated Hospital of WenZhou MedicalUniversity'sAid Africa medical team was held at the China-Africa Friendship Hospital.Kette Jean Chrysostome,the hospital's director whowas suffering from malaria,bravely attended the ceremony despite battling fever and headache,offering blessings to the Wenzhou medical team.

不僅有走心的歡迎會，還有暖心“強抱”、愛心供水……溫州援非醫療隊投入工作首日，便遇見了諸多感動。

The day was filled with heartfelt welcomes,warm hugs,and thoughtful gestures,marking the first day of the Wenzhou Aid Africa Medical Team's mission,filled with emotional moments.

瘧疾，全球三大傳染病之一，典型症狀包括發熱、頭痛、打寒戰等，如不及時治療可引發嚴重疾病，甚至導致死亡。

Malaria,one of the world's three major infectious diseases, is characterized by symptoms such as fever,headache, and chills. If not treated promptly,it can lead to severe illness or even death.

“非洲是全球受瘧疾影響最重的地區之一。這次我們到中非，最怕被蚊子咬，所以準備了不少防蚊子叮咬的藥品。”溫州援非醫療隊一隊員説，他們到了當地後，得知中非友誼醫院院長肯特·讓·克裏索斯托姆患上了瘧疾，這幾天體溫一直下不去，大熱天要穿好幾件厚衣服。“本來醫療隊建議會面延遲，但肯特院長不同意，他強忍著發燒與頭痛，為我們召開歡迎會，讓人感動。”

"Africa is one of the regions most affected by malaria globally.When we arrived in Central Africa,our greatest fear was being bitten by mosquitoes,so we brought plenty of mosquito repellent",said a member of the Wenzhou Aid Africa medical team.Upon learning that Director Kent was battling malaria,with a persistent high fever requiring him to wear several layers of clothing in the sweltering heat,the team suggested postponing the meeting.However,Director Kent insisted on proceeding with the welcome ceremony,which deeply moved the team.

當天，肯特微笑著出現在歡迎會現場，熱情地歡迎溫州援非醫療隊的到來。他還詳細介紹了中非友誼醫院與溫醫大附一院對口合作、中非友誼醫院創面修復科建設、中非友誼醫院醫生到溫醫大附一院培訓等情況，言語間充滿對溫州援助的感激之情。

On that day,Kent appeared at the welcome ceremony with a smile,warmly welcoming the Wenzhou Aid Africa medical team.He provided detailed information about the cooperation between the China-Africa Friendship Hospital and The First Affiliated Hospital of WenZhou MedicalUniversity,the development of the hospital’s wound repair department,and the training of its doctors at The First Affiliated Hospital of WenZhou MedicalUniversity,expressing heartfelt gratitude for the assistance from Wenzhou.

當天上午，到達中非友誼醫院，溫州援非醫療隊隊長、溫醫大附一院醫務部主任暨玲就被門口的保安緊緊抱住，相互問好。走進會議室，他又被醫院的行政人員緊緊擁抱。歡迎會結束後，在醫院住院部的走廊裏，他又一次被病房的醫務人員“強抱”，拍肩問好。

Upon arriving at the China-Africa Friendship Hospital,Ji Ling was tightly embraced by a security guard at the entrance, exchanging pleasantries.As he entered the conference room,he was once again warmly hugged by administrative staff.After the ceremony, he was greeted with another enthusiastic embrace from the medical staff in the hospital corridor.

暨玲為何受到如此禮遇？原來，2019年6月至2020年12月，暨玲作為第十七批援中非醫療隊隊員，曾在中非友誼醫院與他們並肩戰鬥。面對政局欠穩、傳染病橫行、食物短缺、嚴重缺水且水質極差等惡劣環境，這名80後溫州醫生毅然遠赴萬里之外的中非，執行援外醫療任務。援非期間，他踐行“不畏艱苦、甘於奉獻、救死扶傷、大愛無疆”的中國醫療隊精神，與當地醫患結下深厚友誼。

Why did Ji Ling receive such a warm welcome?It turns out that from June 2019 to December 2020,he served as a member of the 17th medical aid team to Central Africa,working alongside the local staff at the China-Africa Friendship Hospital.In the face of political instability,rampant infectious diseases,food shortages,severe water scarcity,and poor water quality,this Wenzhou doctor from the post-1980s generation bravely traveled thousands of miles to undertake a medical aid mission.During his time in Central Africa,he embodied the spirit of the Chinese medical team:"not afraid of hardship, willing to sacrifice,saving lives, andshowing love without borders", forging deep friendships with local patients and medical staff.

再次看到暨玲來到中非，當地的醫務人員難以抑制內心的喜悅與感動，一次次地擁抱暨玲。這種場景也感動了醫療隊其他隊員，讓他們深深體會到了援外工作的意義。

Seeing Ji Ling again brought overwhelming joy and emotion to the local medical staff,resulting in multiple hugs that deeply moved the other members of the medical team,emphasizing the significance of their mission.

出發前，溫州援非醫療隊對中非共和國的生活環境有所了解，但真正到了當地，艱難的條件還是超出了很多隊員的想像。比如，在班吉，電力非常緊張，經常停停開開。當天中午，醫療隊吃飯就出現了這樣的情況。

Before departure,the WenzhouAidAfricaMedicalTeam had some understanding of the living conditions in the Central African Republic.However,upon arrival,the challenging environment exceeded many team members' expectations.For instance,in Bangui,electricity is scarce and often unstable. Such issues arose during lunch on the day of their arrival.

飲水問題也很大。好在，有中國老鄉出手相助。來自福建的中非共和國班吉星星飲料有限公司總經理林性仁，為每名隊員送上一大桶礦泉水和兩提24瓶礦泉水。林性仁在中非做礦泉水生意。他説，這裡的自來水水質不好，用桶裝礦泉水比較好，醫療隊在班吉這段時間，水由他來供應。“在中非我們中國人特別少，你們是國家派來支援非洲的，在外中國人更應該互相照應。”

Water quality posed a significant challenge as well. Fortunately,a fellow Chinese countryman came to the rescue.Lin Xingren,general manager of Bangui Xingxing Beverage Co.and originally from Fujian,provided each team member with a large bottle of mineral water and two cases of 24 bottles.He runs a mineral water business in Central Africa and noted that the local tap water quality is poor,making bottled water a better option.He assured the team that he would supply water during their stay in Bangui, stating."There are very few Chinese people here.You are sent by the country to support Africa,so we should look out for each other."

另外，在當地經營三木酒店的中國大連老鄉，也對醫療隊的飲食供給予以幫助。

Additionally,a fellow Chinese national from Dalian, operating the Sanmu Hotel,also offered help with the team's meals.

“當地華僑的善舉和對醫療隊的支援，讓我們深受感動。”暨玲説。

"The generosity and support from local Chinese nationals deeply moved us."Ji Ling said.

當天，醫療隊救治了多名創面傷患者，減輕他們的疼痛。

On that day,the Wenzhou AidAfrica MedicalTeam treated several patients with wounds,alleviating their suffering.

在中非友誼醫院病房裏，一名患者家屬向溫州援非醫療隊求助——她的親人，今年64歲，因為摔傷後長時間臥床，壓瘡引起整個臀部潰爛，面積達4開紙張那麼大。

In the hospital ward of the China-Africa Friendship Hospital, a patient’s family sought help from the Wenzhou AidAfrica Medical Team.The patient,a 64-year-old man,had developed severe pressure sores on his buttocks after a long hospitalization due to a fall,with the area affected as large as an A4 sheet of paper.

溫醫大附一院創面修復科副主任陳雄、燒傷科副主任劉政軍、創面修復科主管護師陳珊珊和溫州曙光中西醫結合創面修復醫院院長陳善亮，緊急為這名患者處理傷口，先進行清毒，後期再做手術治療。

Chen Xiong,deputy director of the Wound Repair Department at The First Affiliated Hospital of WenZhou MedicalUniversity, along with Liu Zhengjun,deputy director of the Burn Department, and head nurse Chen Shanshan, quickly attended to the patient’s wounds,initially disinfecting the area before planning subsequent surgical treatment.

在另一間病房，一名男性患者左下肢爛出一大片，肌肉裸露，散發著惡臭，在病房外戴著口罩也能聞到。這名患者患有糖尿病，由於抓傷造成大面積潰爛。醫療隊的專家也為他做了緊急處理。

In another ward,a male patient presented with a large wound on his left leg,exposing muscle and emitting a foul odor that could be detected even outside the room.This patient,suffering from diabetes,had developed extensive ulcerations from scratches.The team’s experts provided emergency treatment for him as well.

“你們不遠萬里來為我們治病，讓我們很感動，太感謝你們了。”得到治療的患者及其家屬伸出大拇指為溫州醫療隊點讚，不少患者還通過翻譯轉達他們的感激之情。

"You've traveled thousands of miles to treat us;we are so touched.Thank you so much."said the grateful patients and their families,giving thumbs-up to the Wenzhou medical team,many expressing their appreciation through a translator.

“這裡的創面傷患者有很多，而且病情比較嚴重。希望通過我們的努力，為他們減輕痛苦，同時幫助當地培養更多能處理創面傷的醫生。”陳善亮説，這也是此次“創面修復中非行”的目的之一，為中非“衛生健康夥伴行動”添磚加瓦。（陳忠）

"There are many patients with wound injuries here,and their conditions are quite severe.We hope that through our efforts, we can alleviate their pain and help train more local doctors to manage such wounds." said Chen Shanliang,emphasizing that this mission also aims to contribute to the"Health Partnership Action" in Central Africa.
