溫州理工學院：智匯社會 創新驅動

"National development relies on talent,and the revitalization of the nation relies on talent." To add a strong engine for high-quality development,and to let the fruits of innovation take root and sprout in the industry.The construction of Doctoral Innovation Stations is a measure for the Zhejiang Provincial Association for Science and Technology to give full play to the advantages of the association organization,to achieve the"embedding" of science and technology into enterprises,to solve the problem of the innovation chain and the industry chain being"apart yet hard to meet",and to develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions.

近年來，溫州加快推進“科創中國”創新驅動示範市建設，提升博士與企業的匹配效率，推進博士創新站建設，讓更多科創資源下沉基層，促進科技成果轉化。截至目前，溫州全市已創建240家市級博士創新站，成為溫州市服務企業創新發展的生力軍。

In recent years,Wenzhou has accelerated the construction of a"Science and Innovation China" innovation-driven demonstration city,improved the matching efficiency between doctors and enterprises,promoted the construction of Doctoral Innovation Stations,allowed more scientific and innovation resources to reach the grassroots level,and facilitated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. So far,Wenzhou has established 240 municipal-level Doctoral Innovation Stations,becoming a new force in serving the innovative development of enterprises in Wenzhou.

葉雲洋：我們跟企業做的第一個項目就是高壓均質機，這個設備專門用來對醫療和食品進行均質化的設備，對均質的壓力要求比較高，一般要達到300兆帕以上，這麼高的壓力怎麼實現，我們在企業（交流）過程中發現他們遇到了問題，通過我們的經驗提供了方案，我們幫他採用了伺服系統加增壓泵的形式，使增壓均質機達到超高壓力，使均質出來的粒子能夠均質到100奈米以下，使它符合企業的生産需求，這款産品已經應用到市場，年産值達到幾千萬。

Ye Yunyang:The first project we undertook with the company was a high-pressure homogenizer,a device specifically used for the homogenization of medical and food products.The pressure requirements for homogenization are quite high,typically needing to reach over 300 megapascals(MPa).How to achieve such high pressure was a challenge they faced.During our collaboration,we identified their issues,and drawing on our experience,provided a solution.We helped them adopt a servo system combined with a pressure-boosting pump,which enabled the homogenizer to reach ultra-high pressures.This allowed the particles to be homogenized to below 100 nanometers,meeting the company's production requirements.This product has been applied to the market and has achieved an annual output value of tens of millions.

通過博士創新站聯結企業，打通創新鏈與産業鏈轉化“堵點”，全力激發企業發展動能。溫州理工學院獲批31個溫州市博士創新站，為打造高品質發展建設共同富裕示範區市域樣板做出貢獻。

By connecting enterprises through Doctoral Innovation Stations,Wenzhou can unblock the"bottlenecks" in the transformation between the innovation chain and the industry chain,and fully stimulate the momentum for enterprise development.Wenzhou University of Technology has been approved for 31 Wenzhou City Doctoral Innovation Stations,contributing to the creation of a regional model for high-quality development and the construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity.

博士創新站助力企業與人才“雙向奔赴”，打破基礎研究、人才培養和企業之間的隔閡，真正做到“把科研寫在祖國大地上”。

The Doctoral Innovation Station helps enterprises and talents to"run towards each other",breaking down the barriers between basic research,talent cultivation, and enterprises, truly achieving"writing scientific research on the vast land of China".

葉雲洋：博士創新站對學生的培養也有很大的幫助。我們跟合作企業建立創新站之後，我們把優秀的學生推薦到企業進行實習和工作，比如説我們2023年推薦了3個學生在浙江德盛公司進行學習和工作，通過我們這些項目進行創新，我們也推動學生進行創業，去年推動學生建立溫州溫理智慧有限公司主要進行視覺檢測的技術服務，公司目前運營比較不錯。

Ye Yunyang:The Doctoral Innovation Station also greatly aids in student training.After establishing the innovation station with our partner companies,we recommend outstanding students to intern and work at these enterprises.For example, in 2023,we recommended three students to study and work at Zhejiang Desheng intelligent Equipment Tech.Co.,Ltd.Through these projects,we promote innovation and encourage students to start their own businesses.Last year, we facilitated the establishment of Wenzhou Wenli Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.,which mainly provides visual inspection technical services.The company is currently operating quite well.

葉雲洋：創新站的建立為地方經濟提供很好的平臺，也為我們博士搭建展示自我機會的平臺，那我們希望這個博士創新站，繼續為地方經濟做更大的貢獻。

Ye Yunyang:The establishment of the Doctoral Innovation Station provides an excellent platform for local economic development and also builds a platform for doctoral students to showcase themselves.The Doctoral Innovation Station can make a greater contribution to the local economy.

在博士創新站“活力”加持下，一個創新發展的嶄新局面正加速形成，在加快建設中國式現代化的征途中，新時代人才奮勇爭先奏響“時代和弦”。
