作品簡介：印象中，什麼味道是最難忘的？是兒時的零嘴還是故鄉的美食？在中國東海岸一號公路東部起點炎亭鎮，有一道當地特色美食，叫炎亭鍋貼，米粉的香味，配以香料和鮮湯，是炎亭本地人口耳相傳幾十年，經久不變的好味道。

 What flavor is the most unforgettable in my impression? Is it a childhood snack or a local delicacy? In Yanting Town, the eastern starting point of No. 1 Highway on the east coast of China, there is a local specialty food called Yanting Potsticker. The smell of Rice noodles, together with spices and fresh soup, is a good taste that has been passed on by the local population of Yanting for decades.
