作品簡介：在這個快節奏時代，我們也許早就習慣走馬觀花式地觀賞，詩和遠方變成了社交平臺裏的動態，常常忘了用心體驗風土人情，靜下心來去享受慢生活的樂趣。本期視頻，Tania（丹妮婭）和兒子Savva（梅格金璁）來到永嘉縣巽宅鎮沙埠村，在這裡他們製作溫州永嘉傳統美食--素面，撿果子，漫步山野，讓我們跟隨他們的腳步，體驗巽宅一日的慢生活。 

In this fast-paced era, we may have long been accustomed to having travels in a hurried and cursory way. We have forgotten to experience the local customs and practices with our hearts and minds, and enjoy the pleasures of slow life. In this video, Tania and her son Savva visit Shabu Village in Xunzhai Town, Yongjia County, where they make vegetarian noodles, pick fruits and take strolls in the mountains. Now let’s follow their footsteps to learn the leisurely lifestyle of Xuanzhai People.
