生死九百秒——2023“講好中國故事”創意傳播國際大賽溫州分站賽作品展播

作品簡介：2022年10月14日上午，浙嶺漁運30058船在溫州北麂島東側海域發生嚴重火災。離現場最近的浙龍港漁05668船接到求救電話後，船長陳志康立即不顧損失停止作業，收網前往事故漁船地點。當天海域刮著9級大風，風大浪大，事故船的半條船身陷在火光中，船上鐵板被火燒至軟化，陳志康指揮全船不顧風險靠舷救人，經過20多分鐘奮力援救，事故船上的12名船員被救出。本片以純紀錄片的方式，通過同期聲，音樂和現場視頻混剪，在短短的幾分鐘內再現了那段驚心動魄的海上救援經歷，全片節奏緊湊，具有較高的藝術感染力。

 On the morning of October 14, 2022, a severe fire broke out on the Zhe Ling Yu Yun 30058 fishing boat in the waters on the east side of Beiji Island, Wenzhou. Upon receiving a distress call, Captain Chen ZhiKang of the Zhe Long Gang Yu 05668 fishing boat, which was closest to the scene, immediately stopped his operations despite the losses and headed towards the location of the accident. On that day, the area was experiencing strong winds of level 9, with high waves. Half of the fishing boat was engulfed in flames, and the iron plates on the ship had melted due to the heat. Chen ZhiKang bravely directed the entire crew to rescue the people on board, disregarding the risks. After more than 20 minutes of strenuous efforts, all 12 crew members on the accident-prone vessel were saved.This film, presented as a pure documentary, combines synchronous sound, music, and on-site videos to recreate the thrilling and heart-pounding experience of the sea rescue in just a few minutes. The film has a tight pace and possesses a strong artistic appeal.
