上海井ART畫廊介紹：
上海“井ART”與東京的“MAKII MASARU FINE ARTS”為姊妹畫廊，通過相互介紹兩國的藝術家，加深交流與了解。“井Art“是“MAKII MASARU FINE ARTS SHANGHAI”在中國的愛稱，寄託了它對藝術家們如井水般不斷涌現的想像力與創造力的美好期待，並肩負起將之推廣深入社會的使命，促進中日兩國文化藝術的交流、友好與合作。同時，上海“井ART”也將作為日本現代藝術的最新資訊在上海展現的一個重要窗口。
“Jing Art” is the nickname of “MAKII MASARU FINE ARTS SHANGHAI”. “Jing” means “water well”，it represents the expectations for artists’ endless imagination and creativity. It also signifies the responsibility of promoting art exchange between Japan and China. Jing Art is the sister gallery to “MAKII MASARU FINE ARTS,” a Tokyo-based gallery. They will cooperate with depth commune and insight understanding through mutual introduction of their respective nations’ artists and a shared mission to become a significant platform for the promotion of Japanese contemporary art.

2007-2008年藝術家駐場計劃介紹/Artist Residence Project 07-08 Introduction：
上海井ART畫廊主辦的「2007-2008年藝術家駐場計劃」已經開始接受申請。計劃旨在透過與國內外優秀藝術家團體及藝術工作者的合作，推動中國當代藝術的普及和發展。上海井ART畫廊透過這計劃，邀請國內外的優秀藝術家團體及藝術工作者與開放性的空間建立較長時間的合作關係，並通過交流、創作和實踐，引起公眾人士對當代藝術的興趣，以及增加與觀眾的溝通。
The Artist Residence Project (2007-2008), initiated by Shanghai JING ART Galley, is now calling for entries. The project, being a cooperation of the galley and the domestic and international artists, aims at the development and popularization of contemporary art in China. Via hosting the project, JING ART Galley sincerely hopes to establish long-time relationship between the open space and artists. Also, in the process of communication, creation and art practice, public attention in contemporary art, as well as valuable communication between artist and audience, is aroused.
作為本土推動當代藝術文化發展的焦點角色，井ART畫廊期待吸引大眾參與到開放性空間的藝術活動中來，讓大眾在欣賞當代藝術作品的同時接觸到藝術家，通過相互的交流加深對當代藝術的了解，提高他們的興趣及欣賞能力，並希望藝術家的作品可與大眾産生互動關係。在將當代藝術作品帶給觀眾的同時， 駐場計劃在協助藝術家創作作品的前提下還為中國當代藝術的發展提供了重要的文本資源。國內外藝術家在和井ART畫廊的合作過程中也增進了自己的專業性和藝術發展。
Being in the leading position in local contemporary art and culture development, JING ART Galley also focus on the larger public participation in artistic activities at the open space. It’s important for the audiences to get in touch with artist together with contemporary art, and with mutual communication, achieve a higher level of understanding, interest, appreciation and interaction in contemporary art. Furthermore, the project offers an important contextual source for the development of contemporary art in China. Last but not the least, in the cooperation with JING ART Galley, artists could obtain their professional and artistic achievement.
