上海老房子新建築---海石（Peter A. Reiser）的像素畫風
建築學博士海石Peter A. Reiser將他多年的建築設計感覺以新銳的藝術表現技巧，賦予上海的老房子新建築特別的藝術形貌。嫺熟新穎的電腦技術處理，手工繪畫的細節描摹，新銳的藝術感覺可能帶給觀者新的啟迪。這種創新的方法海石稱之為“像素畫風”（或像素主義）。
海石是一位熱愛中國、熱愛上海並以中國大地為熱土的德國畫家，本次畫展是他在全世界舉辦過的無數展覽之一.

Pixelism--- Peter A. Reiser New Art Works Show
Pixelism by Hai Shi
Hai Shi, with familiar name Peter Alexander Reiser, was born 1946 in Munich/Germany. He
studied at various universities at Munich, Darmstadt, Karlsruhe and Vienna: art, architecture,
civil engineer. He participated exhibitions in Germany, Austria, Spain, Saudi Arabia and
Shanghai.
The used technique in his works has been printing technique, Watercolor painting,
oil painting and drawing. 2002 he found the possibility of digital configuration. He
exited the possibility to improve, change and alienate realistic photos. He tries to
guide the eye of the viewer as well as with painted pictures.

拯救地球—-朱貞愛作品展
為了引起各方面人士對人類的生存問題的重視，藝術家朱貞愛JEONG-AE JU就此創建了“拯救地球”這一主題。此系列作品將帶給我們所有人遐想並且去思考這一問題。朱貞愛小姐這組新的裝置作品的形式是：圓形的地球四週擺放著西安的兵馬俑，借中國古代秦始皇侍衛的形象，表達當今人類保護和拯救地球的願望和行動。這是繼2005年《和平與愛》主題之後，朱貞愛小姐在上海頂層畫廊的第二個展覽。
朱貞愛，1962年出生於南韓，1985年在南韓首兒（漢城）弘益大學研習亞洲藝術，獲東方畫係學士；1987年在台灣台北學習中國文化，1988-1991年在法國巴黎第八大學研究造型藝術，獲美術系碩士學位。現居巴黎。

Liberty of Interpretation——Miss Joey Ho’s Solo Show
Joey Ho, one of the young and outstanding members of CAC, from Macau, will have the first solo show in Room With a View
Gallery, Shanghai.
Before, her works were exhibited merely in joint exhibitions. Some of them were paintings, some of them were "naughty" and
"convenient" ink-jet prints, as well as some installations by which she discovered sensation of security and materialism. They were just like
one or two words in an inconsecutive sentence that could only express a certain idea in a certain moment. Now, it is a
great pleasure to release her observations, sensitivities, points of view or impressions by having an opportunity to say a
complete sentence, again, in one of her favor cities in the world - Shanghai.

Shanghai’s Bride---New Works Exhibition by Andreas Guibert
This new work presented at “The Room with a View” is part of a body of work in which snapshots interrelated
with the craftsmanship of the traditional language of painting. Andreas like the immediacy of time based art plus the
more elaborated “hand made” quality of traditional art media, a marriage of sort between the two medias. This
work is mainly inspired by Shanghai cityscapes in an almost dreamlike quality that transpire in the juxtaposition of
styles and historical periods that impose themselves over the people as they walk the city.
