新聞發佈會通知

全國人大常委會辦公廳擬於4月24日（星期四）下午4時在人民大會堂台灣廳舉行新聞發佈會，歡迎中外記者參加。

2008年4月22日至24日，十一屆全國人大常委會第二次會議將繼續審議殘疾人保障法修訂草案。鋻於各方面對這部法律案的意見比較一致，全國人大法律委員會建議本次常委會會議表決通過。如獲通過，我們將邀請全國人大常委會法工委和中國殘聯有關負責人就這些法律的有關問題回答記者提問。

請有意參加的中外記者，于4月24日上午11時前向全國人大常委會辦公廳新聞局報名並領取新聞發佈會請柬和車證。

參會記者憑請柬進人民大會堂東門。記者車輛可憑領取的車證停放在人民大會堂東門停車場。

Notice for Press Conference

April 21, 2008

A Press Conference will be held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 16:00 p.m, April 24, 2008 (Thursday).

Journalists from China and abroad are all welcome.

The 2nd Session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee from April 22 to 24 will review again the draft amendment to the law on protection of disabled persons.

The NPC Law Committee suggests it be approved through voting by this session, and if the draft is approved, officials from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee and from the China Disabled Persons Federation (CDPF) will be invited to answer questions from the press over the law.

Journalists interested in the press conference may sign up with the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee and take invitations and vehicle passes before 11:00 a.m, April 24.

Please show invitations to enter the East Gate of the Great Hall of the People for the press conference, and with the passes, park cars in the parking lot at the East Gate.
