自2018年坦尚尼亞加入“一帶一路”倡議，近一萬多名坦尚尼亞人在中國接受了醫學、工程、農業等不同領域的短期和長期培訓。這些人獲得了技能，然後回到家鄉，為我們國家的發展貢獻力量。這對國家發展是非常重要的貢獻，因為沒有人力資源，任何領域都很難取得進步發展。

Since we signed the agreement in 2018, almost 10,000 plus Tanzanians have benefited from short term and long term training in China, in different areas, medicine, engineering, agriculture and so on. These are the people who have acquired skills and then they've gone back home to contribute to the development of our country. This is important contribution because without human resource, it is very difficult to make any progress in any field.
