中國企業幫助我們對姆特瓦拉坦噶港進行了升級改造，還幫我們完成了中央線米軌鐵路的修復改造。我們正在分階段建設全新的標準軌距鐵路線，七個階段中的三個階段將由中國企業完成。

中國公司不僅帶來了技術和工程建設，而且還為我們提供了物超所值的服務，中國企業在此過程中付出巨大，如果沒有它們的幫助，考慮到資源的稀缺性，我認為我們的這些項目將無法順利的完成。

We upgraded Mtwara and Tanga ports by Chinese enterprises. We have refurbished the old meter gauge central railway line. It was done by the Chinese. But also, we are building a brand new standard gauge railway line in phases.Three phases out of seven are done by Chinese enterprises.

Now these companies, they bring in technology and the construction, but also they give us value for money service. Because the kind of work that they're doing, if we had no option of Chinese enterprises, we would pay an arm and a leg to realize such projects, and I don't think we would manageconsidering the scarcity of resources.
