China has always been unswervingly implementing the policies of maintaining national unity and national integration， committed to building a harmonious and prosperous community where all ethnic groups live in harmony． Under the guidance of these great policies， the Luka Special Volunteer Teaching Team of Shandong University of Science and Technology resolutely set foot on the land of Kashgar， Xinjiang， contributing to the local education and becoming a vivid practitioner of the policies for maintaining national unity．

從國家層面來看，民族團結和國家統一是國家穩定與發展的基石。我國堅持民族平等、民族團結和各民族共同繁榮的基本原則，通過一系列政策舉措保障各民族的合法權益，促進民族間的交流、合作與融合。教育作為推動民族發展的重要力量，在這一過程中發揮著關鍵作用。支教活動正是教育資源均衡配置的有力體現，它跨越地域限制，將優質教育輸送到需要的地方，助力各民族地區提升教育水準，為民族的長遠發展奠定基礎。

At the national level， national unity and national integration are the cornerstones of national stability and development． China adheres to the basic principles of ethnic equality， national unity， and common prosperity for all ethnic groups． Through a series of policy measures， it safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of all ethnic groups and promotes exchanges， cooperation， and integration among ethnic groups． Education， as an important force for national development， plays a crucial role in this process． The volunteer teaching activity is a powerful manifestation of the balanced allocation of educational resources． It crosses geographical boundaries， delivering high － quality education to where it is needed， helping ethnic － minority areas improve their educational levels and laying a foundation for the long － term development of all ethnic groups．

The scientific and creative works course carried out by the Luka Special Volunteer Teaching Team of Shandong University of Science and Technology perfectly aligns with the national policy orientation of encouraging the common development and progress of all ethnic groups． In this course， ethnic － minority children come together to explore the mysteries of science and technology． They give full play to their respective advantages and work together to overcome technical problems． During cooperation， the children deeply understand the characteristics of each ethnic group and gradually establish the awareness of ethnic equality， unity， and cooperation． This cross － ethnic cooperative learning not only improves the children’s scientific and technological literacy but， more importantly， enables them to understand the importance of national unity for national development in practice， sowing the seeds of hope for extensive cooperation among all ethnic groups in the fields of science and technology and other areas in the future． It is a powerful practice of the national national － unity policy．

The Taijiquan teaching in the traditional Chinese martial arts class is also a vivid interpretation of the national － culture inheritance and national － unity policies． As a treasure of traditional Chinese culture， Taijiquan contains profound philosophical thoughts and national spirit． Ethnic － minority children deeply feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture in the process of learning Taijiquan． In every move， they experience traditional virtues such as perseverance， unity， and mutual assistance． These virtues become the bonds connecting the hearts of children of all ethnic groups． In the process of inheriting this cultural treasure， children find a common cultural language and further deepen the emotional connection among ethnic groups． This is not only the inheritance and promotion of national culture but also an effective way to promote national unity， reflecting the country’s respect and protection for the diversity of national cultures and the policy concept of promoting national unity through cultural exchanges．

During the volunteer － teaching process， the teaching team has established deep friendships with the children． Inside and outside the classroom， children of all ethnic groups actively interact and share their ideas and ethnic cultures． They respect the customs and habits of different ethnic groups， tolerate cultural differences， and enhance their understanding and trust in other ethnic groups through communication． This daily communication and interaction create a harmonious atmosphere where all ethnic groups are as close as a family， which is a vivid manifestation of the national － unity policy in basic － level education．
