漁家少閒月，二月人倍忙。海風獵獵，潮水拍岸，位於汕頭市西郊的牛田洋一派繁忙景象。十幾艘長約6米的漁船整齊地停放在汕頭榕江邊，船上蠔苗倚疊如山，約有一人高。一串串蠔苗從船上被卸下，漁民們分工明確，井然有序：或用電鋸將竹竿切割成段，在一端開方便捆紮的“十字口”；或負責清洗、捆紮生蠔……不一會兒，成排扎滿蠔苗苗的竹竿被碼放得井井有條，新一批蠔苗將被投放在榕江江心處。春天“播種”，靜待著秋天的收穫。
