《修鞋匠》
這張照片拍攝于廈門鼓浪嶼，照片中的人是一名修鞋匠，正在專心致志的修補鞋上裂開的縫隙，而鼓浪嶼是一個廈門的小島，同時也是很火爆的旅遊景點，每當旅遊旺季，島上都會呈現人山人海的熱鬧景象，這個修鞋小鋪，就開在鼓浪嶼的一條小巷的拐角處，修鞋師傅埋頭修鞋的認真動作仿佛置身於嘈雜之外，和熙熙攘攘的人群形成了鮮明的對比，修鞋師傅用著很簡樸的工具，皺著眉頭，瞇著眼睛，生怕縫錯了位置，在他的臉上看不到厭煩的表情，只有嚴苛的認真。修鞋匠是一個很平凡的職業，但修鞋的人卻是不平凡的，而匠人精神也是我國流傳下來的珍貴品質，“擇一事，終一生”，匠人在時光裏仔細雕琢，讓匠心抵過漫長歲月，這份精神在各個職業上都有了傳承，這也是他們平凡而偉大的原因。

這張照片拍攝于廈門鼓浪嶼，照片中的人經營著一家小店，鼓浪嶼這樣的小店有很多，每家店的老闆都是如此，在沒有生意的時候就低下頭認真製作美食，在來生意的時候舊會一邊和客人友好地聊天一邊製作，從她們的表情和話語都能感受到，在工作上，她們是很嚴謹的，而對於自己選擇的職業，也是十分熱愛的，這種鍋爐上的職業為鼓浪嶼增添了很多的煙火氣，讓一個旅遊景點在拓展旅遊業的同時增加了生活氣息，而這些在認真生活的人，也成為了鼓浪嶼最美的風景。
《服飾醫生》
這張照片拍攝于廈門鼓浪嶼，之所以給它取名為“服飾醫生”其一，是因為我覺得修補衣服的過程很像是醫生在為病人療傷的過程，其二，這個名字的靈感也來自於我和縫衣服的大媽之間的交談，我很好奇每天都做這樣機械性的動作會不會感到厭煩，蓑衣就把這個問題拋給了正在縫衣服的大媽，大媽的回答讓我感覺很溫暖，很感動，大媽説：“我覺得還好呀，來找我修衣服的人，一般這件衣服都會對她們有很重要的意義，不然可能會選擇扔掉，而不是過來補，就算沒有重大意義，這種節儉也很讓人感動。”我想，可能這就是大媽熱愛這份工作並且對待每件衣服都如此認真的原因吧。
《聚攏是煙火，攤開是人間》
這張照片拍攝于北京的周營大集，中國一直有過年前趕集的習俗，第一是因為要為豐盛的年夜飯置辦充足的菜，提前作準備，第二是因為南來北往，進城務工的人要回家團聚，因此會在年前把貨品都賣出去，一個個賣東西的攤位湊在一起，很有煙火氣，把這些攤位拆開了以後，卻又微縮著一幕幕人生，我拍攝的照片的主角，是一個榴蓮攤的攤主，在賣力的推銷手中的榴蓮，讓我覺得最有趣的是他推銷時候説的話：“吃了咱家這個榴蓮，新的一年裏都能好運連連！”諧音梗的運用和接地氣的口音，都讓我覺得妙趣橫生，同時也感受到了平凡人對生活的熱愛以及在生活中努力挖掘樂趣的積極心態，這甚至成為了中國人生活的一種良好模式。
《生命的盛放》
當我在天津獅子林附近的廣場上看到這個大爺的時候，汪峰的那句歌詞“我想要怒放的生命”，我心裏終於有了具象化的表現，伴隨的邁克傑克遜有韻律感的曲調，大爺扭著腰身，手上不斷切換著動作，復古的墨鏡和解開一顆扣子的西服襯衫，都讓他看起來神采奕奕，仿佛二十多歲的年輕小夥子，他的鬆弛和快樂，也傳染給了在場的每一個人，生活的美好就是被這種平凡又偉大的人一個個堆疊起來的，看到他們就會不禁感嘆道，“生活真的很美好。”
《凍齡》
這張照片拍攝于天津獅子林，正處於嚴冬的時候，是大街上的行人都穿著厚羽絨服，吐著白氣的季節，在天津的獅子林，卻有一群穿著泳褲，赤裸上身的大爺，在排隊跳水，這是對生活的熱愛和挑戰的體現，或許正是這種生活態度，他們被回饋了“永葆青春的秘訣”他們是一群群平凡的人，但他們卻在為自己創造不平凡的生活，因此他們是平凡而偉大的人。
自從開始接觸攝影以後，我拍到了形形色色的人，我的生活也和這些人有了交疊，我記錄她們的同時，他們教會我如何生活，如何對生活保持熱愛，如果成為自己生活的主角，而他們教會我的，也是中華文化中蘊含著的一些品質和精神，在拍攝的時候，我看到了這些品質的延續，生生不息。
