中國是世界上最大的發展中國家，非洲是發展中國家最集中的大陸，中非早已結成休戚與共的命運共同體。我們願同非洲人民心往一處想、勁往一處使，共築更加緊密的中非命運共同體，為推動構建人類命運共同體樹立典範。
China is the world’s largest developing country, and Africa is the continent with the largest number of developing countries. China and Africa have long forged a community of shared future, and we rise and fall together. China will work closely with African nations to build an even stronger community of shared future and turn it into a pacesetter for building such a community for humanity.
擴大各層級政治對話和政策溝通

我們要擴大各層級政治對話和政策溝通，加強在涉及彼此核心利益和重大關切問題上的相互理解和支援，密切在重大國際和地區問題上的協作配合，維護中非和廣大發展中國家共同利益。
Let us increase political and policy dialogue at various levels, enhance mutual understanding and support on issues bearing on our core interests and major concerns, and strengthen coordination on major international and regional issues. These efforts will serve our common interests and those of other developing countries.
支援非洲落實“消弭槍聲的非洲”倡議
Support the African initiative of “Silence the Guns in Africa”
中國主張共同、綜合、合作、可持續的新安全觀，堅定支援非洲國家和非洲聯盟等地區組織以非洲方式解決非洲問題，支援非洲落實“消弭槍聲的非洲”倡議。中國願為促進非洲和平穩定發揮建設性作用，支援非洲國家提升自主維穩維和能力。
China champions a new vision of security to pursue common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security. China firmly supports African countries and the African Union as well as other regional organizations in Africa in solving African issues in the African way. China also supports the African initiative of “Silence the Guns in Africa”. China is ready to play a constructive role in promoting peace and stability in Africa and supports African countries in building up their own capacity for safe- guarding stability and peace.

We will promote exchanges, mutual learning and harmony between our civilizations, and thereby invigorate our civilizations and cultures, enrich our arts, and provide rich cultural nourishment for China-Africa cooperation. Make BRICS-Africa cooperation a model for South-South cooperation
我們要加強對非合作，支援非洲發展，努力把金磚國家同非洲合作打造成南南合作的樣板。具體合作中，應該結合自身實際，積極同非洲國家開展減貧、糧食安全、創新、基礎設施建設、工業化等領域項目合作，幫助各國經濟結構發展。
We need to strengthen cooperation with Africa, support its development and make BRICS-Africa cooperation a model for South-South cooperation. We should actively carry out cooperation with African countries in such areas as poverty reduction, food security, innovation, infrastructure, and industrialization in ways compatible with their national conditions. We should help African countries improve their economic structure.
