Bing Dwen Dwen, the mascot for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, became a “top influencer”, and its popularity remained high even months after the Games concluded. This indicates that cultural and creative products are becoming increasingly popular among customers. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 2012, the Party Central Committee attached great importance to the development of the cultural industry. In this context, China’s cultural industry has entered a stage of rapid development.
