光榮屬於勞動者，幸福屬於勞動者。2020年11月24日，習近平總書記在全國勞動模範和先進工作者表彰大會上強調了勞動精神的重要性，並精闢概括了勞動精神“崇尚勞動、熱愛勞動、辛勤勞動、誠實勞動”的內涵。
Glory belongs to the workers; happiness belongs to the workers. On November 24, 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of the spirit of work at a national conference to commend model workers and advanced workers, and insightfully summarized the connotation of the spirit of workof advocating work, loving work,hard work and honest work.
“勞動是一切幸福的源泉。”新時代，無數勞動者在各自的崗位上施展才華、實現人生價值：他們有抗擊新冠肺炎疫情過程中逆行而上的醫務人員，常年奮戰在精準扶貧路上的基層工作者，有埋首科研勇於攀登的專家學者，投身車間高質高效生産的一線工人……如今我們決勝全面建成小康社會取得決定性成就，脫貧攻堅成果舉世矚目，新冠肺炎疫情防控取得重大戰略成果，我國經濟社會恢復走在全球前列，正是廣大勞動者付出血與汗的艱辛勞動的結果。他們從事著平凡的工作，只是普通勞動者中的一員，但他們把自己的勞動崗位作為創造人生價值的最佳平臺，用生命傾情投入去創造勞動的輝煌，享受勞動的樂趣，書寫發展的篇章。
“Working is the source of all happiness.” In the new era, countless workers put their talent to good use in their respective posts to realize their life values: among them are medical personnel who marched straight to the frontlines to fight against coronavirus pandemic, grass-level workers who have been working on targeted poverty alleviation all year round, experts and academics who have kept on scaling new heightsof scientific research,and frontline workers who have devoted themselves to high-quality and efficient production in their workshops... Today, wehave scored decisive achievements in securing a full victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. China’s success in poverty alleviation has been recognized by the international community. We achieved major strategic success in our response to COVID-19 and China leads the world in economic and social recovery. All these are the results of the hard work of the vast number of workers with their blood and sweat. They are engaged in ordinary work and are just one of the ordinary workers, but they take their own posts as the best platform to create the value of life, where they devote their lives to create the glory of work, enjoy the joy of work and write the chapter of development.
勞動開創未來，奮鬥成就夢想。弘揚新時代勞動精神，展現時代色彩和人生價值，需要永葆艱苦奮鬥的精神，將艱苦奮鬥的精神融入個人夢想、工作職責和日常生活，永遠保持鬥志昂揚的氣勢、務實肯幹的勁頭、百折不撓的堅韌，用雙手創造屬於自己的幸福生活，彰顯勞動者的新時代本色。
Work creates the future; struggle turns dream into fact. To promote the spirit of work in the new era and show the features of age and value of life, we need to maintain the spiritof hard work, and integrate it into ourpersonaldreams, work responsibilities, and daily life.
