2016年5月，“品質革命”一詞首次出現在國務院常務會議上。在今年的政府工作報告中，李克強總理也指出，要弘揚工匠精神，來一場中國製造的品質革命。

品質革命，不僅是指品牌、品質要‘雙提升’, 還意味著要不斷提高效益和技術水準，在國際市場競爭中不斷開啟新的市場領域，滿足新的消費需求等。這將有助於提升經濟發展品質，加快製造強國建設，使中國産品真正完成從中國製造向中國創造的蝶變。

In today’s program, we will talk about ”quality revolution”.

In May 2016, the term "quality revolution" first appeared at the executive meeting of the State Council. According to the Report on the Work of the Government, Premier Li Keqiang has also encouraged that we need to exert the spirit of workmanship and ignite a revolution in the quality of Chinese-made goods.

Quality revolution, not only refers to a double upgrade in both brand and quality, but also means to improve efficiency and technical level continuously, open up new market areas in the international market competition constantly and meet new consumer demand, which will do good to promoting the quality of economic development, speeding up work to build China into a leader in manufacturing, and enabling Chinese goods to be totally transformed from Made-in-China to Created-in-China.
