What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of the word“intelligence”?Is it a robot that can make ice cream, refuel, and play chess with you? Is it a robotic arm“calligrapher” who can write blessings for children? Or is it an artificial intelligence health assistant for the elderly at home to self-check their health and recommend a suitable hospital subsequently?

The 2024 WIE opened yesterday at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Tianjin. Jointly hosted by the Tianjin municipal people's government and the Chongqing municipal people's government, the expo is themed with“Intelligence: Extensive Development Space, Sustainable Growth Driver”. It is also the first appearance of the integrated world-class intelligent industry platform forged by the two places. It takes up an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, with ten themed exhibition zones including artificial intelligence, intelligent networked vehicles, and intelligent manufacturing and so forth. More than 500 enterprises and institutions participate in the exhibition.
