The Qinchuangyuan Airport Smart Port Project is in full swing and modern factories have sprung up.

"With a total investment of 1.583 billion RMB, a total area of 217 mu and a total construction area of about 282,100 square meters, Qinchuangyuan Airport Smart Port Project in Xianyang Economic & Technological Development Zone mainly builds science and technology carriers such as comprehensive service center, high-end R&D center, science and technology transformation center, roadshow exhibition center and business incubation center." Qinchuangyuan Airport Smart Port Project in Xianyang Economic & Technological Development Zone highlights its first industrial position of airport economy, deeply integrates the industrial chain and innovation chain, introduces and cultivates leading industries such as headquarters economy, SRDI (Specialized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation) SMEs and aviation manufacturing to build a dual-carbon, intelligent and digital industrial park integrating production R&D, roadshow display, business office and living facilities.

Peng Tao said that after the Qinchuangyuan Airport Smart Port Project completes and operates, more than 20 high-tech enterprises, SRDI SMEs and gazelle enterprises may be cultivated, with an annual output value of over 2 billion RMB, an average output value of 9.2 million RMB per mu, an annual tax revenue of over 160 million RMB and an average tax revenue of 750,000 RMB per mu, providing more than 2,000 jobs.

Xianyang Economic & Technological Development Zone strives for recruiting large and leading enterprises, drives high-quality development and brings its airport advantages into full play. It makes great efforts to recruit and cultivate large and leading enterprises, introduce innovative and specialized enterprises, and extend and supplement the industrial chain, thus forming a progressive layout of signing, starting, and operating projects, and cultivating and expanding the airport industry. Moreover, it makes demonstrations in urban construction. By the end of September, all 29 municipal key projects had been resumed, and 55 key projects had completed an investment of 14.417 billion RMB, accounting for 73.1% of the annual tasks.
