Swiss Feuz wins mens' downhill at Beijing Winter Olympics
Beat Feuz of Switzerland won the Alpine skiing men's downhill of the Beijing Winter Olympics here on Monday.
Feuz, who won the bronze medal of the event at the PyeongChang 2018, timed one minute and 42.69 seconds to win his first Olympic gold medal. He also won a silver medal in the super G in PyeongChang, South Korea, four years ago.
France's Johan Clarey crossed the finishing line with the second-best result of 1:42.79, just 0.1 seconds slower than the winner. Matthias Mayer of Austria took the bronze by 1:42.85.
