The Belt and Road International Fashion Summit Forum was Held in Xi'an

On January 13, the Belt and Road International Fashion Summit Forum, one of the activities of the third Belt and Road International Fashion Week, was held in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone. The forum invited a number of well-known fashion mogul to discuss the integration and development of local fashion elements and world fashion in Xi'an.

This forum aims to using fashion as a medium to provide a platform for openness, inclusiveness, discussion and absorption of suggestions. Guests from different countries and regions are invited to focus on cultural innovation and development, and the new trends and new heights of the fashion industry in the future. At the same time, we will fully explore Xi'an's local fashion elements and symbol representatives to make it deeply integrated with the world's fashion industry today, inspire more inspiration and creativity, and accelerate the integration of Xi'an's fashion industry with the world's fashion industry.

The forum is divided into three parts. During the first round of the dialogue, the five guests focused on the topic of "Urban Public Art". From the necessary conditions for the promotion of an international image of a city, how to avoid the development of the "Thousand City Side" in a modern city, the importance of architecture and public art in shaping the current international image of Xi'an City, and how to use architecture and public art to achieve the city's international image. Xi'an’s five aspects of the development of future internationalization are expected to express their opinions and support, help, and plan for the development of Xi'an's urban internationalization.

In the second part, it focus on the colorful costumes. From the internationalization of the fashion industry, the biggest pain in the process of the internationalization of the fashion industry, the opportunities and challenges that China's fashion industry may encounter in its internationalization, how to achieve a new generation of international brands, and how to gather fashion symbols. In order to help the development of Xi'an's international fashion industry, we elaborated our views in depth, and explored and discussed the International Development path of fashion industrialization in Xi'an, China and even the countries along the Belt and Road.

The third part is about how traditional culture can be better integrated with contemporary international fashion culture. From the three aspects of the relationship between the inheritance of traditional culture and the development of contemporary fashion, how to understand the relationship between ethnic culture and world culture, and how to use the symbols of traditional Chinese culture to push them to the world, which putting forward novel views and made the audience refreshing for the guests.

The third Belt and Road International Fashion Week was held in Xi'an from January 9th to 13th. Many guests from the fashion industry and the art world at home and abroad gathered in Xi'an to ignite the fashion trend of 2019.
