A group of international tourists, which consisted of more than 50 passengers from Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh and other countries along the "Belt and Road," took the sightseeing train to Saihanba, a national forest park located in Chengde, Hebei province on August 31.

During the four day journey, passengers visited sites such as the No.1 Scenic Avenue, Taiyang Lake, Qixing Lake and Xiaoyu River.

The sightseeing train, which begins its journey from the capital city Beijing, connects the coastal islands, grassland lakes, green mountains and rivers, and rural scenery along its route. The interiors of the train, its decorations, beddings, and service facilities are all specially designed to create a unique atmosphere that represents the culture of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

In addition, the train has two multi-purpose carriages and is equipped with book bars, tea bars, karaoke rooms and other features. Sundas Iqbal, who is from Pakistan, was especially delighted with the journey, "Chinese culture is wonderful. Chinese tea in particular is very delicious. I can meet friends from all over the world on this train, that makes me very happy."
