TEHRAN -- One pilot was killed in Iran's F5 fighter jet crash in the southwestern province of Khuzestan on Sunday, official IRNA news agency reported.

DUBAI -- A United Arab Emirates (UAE) cultural and sports company announced Sunday that it will launch a driving tour from Dubai to Xi'an, capital of China's Shaanxi Province.

KHARTOUM -- Sudan on Sunday announced resumption of South Sudan's oil pumping for the first time since the eruption of the civil war in December 2013.

GAZA -- A senior Palestinian official said in Gaza on Sunday that the Egyptian-sponsored internal Palestinian dialogue over reaching a cease-fire agreement with Israel are to be resumed in Cairo this week.
