北京和睦家醫院自1997年成立以來已經為數以百萬計在華外籍人士和中國家庭提供了高品質的醫療服務。2005年，北京和睦家醫院首次通過國際聯合委員會(JCI)認證，並連續通過再認證。這項認證是北京和睦家醫院持續關注並提高醫療服務品質的證明。北京和睦家是同時擁有JCI、美國病理學家學會(CAP)、以及醫療資訊與管理系統學會(HIMSS)EMRAM(住院)六級三認證的醫療機構。
