中國網武漢11月18日訊 引領發展，人才是第一資源，創新是第一動力。11月15日至17日，第二十三屆華僑華人創業發展洽談會（簡稱“華創會”）在武漢東湖國際會議中心舉行，聚才引智成為華創會的核心價值之一。

在本屆華創會開幕式上，27個項目現場進行簽約，簽約金額達308億元。其中，人才合作項目和先進製造項目成為“主打”。與往屆相比，今年華創會更加聚焦引進海外高層次人才、留學人員，設有海外高層次人才專場、武漢市“雙優引薦”專場、國際微電子産業人才盛會暨第13屆田長霖論壇等系列活動。
