中國共産黨堅持執政為民，人民對美好生活的嚮往就是中共的奮鬥目標。中國共産黨的執政理念，就是為人民服務，擔當起該擔當的責任。中國人民熱愛生活，期盼有更好的教育、更穩定的工作、更滿意的收入、更可靠的社會保障、更高水準的醫療衛生服務、更舒適的居住條件、更優美的環境，期盼孩子們能成長得更好、工作得更好、生活得更好。人民對美好生活的嚮往，就是中國共産黨的奮鬥目標。

我們要抓住人民最關心最直接最現實的利益問題，抓住最需要關心的人群，一件事情接著一件事情辦、一年接著一年幹，鍥而不捨向前走。多謀民生之利，多解民生之憂，在學有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫、老有所養、住有所居上持續取得新進展，讓每個人獲得發展自我和奉獻社會的機會，共同享有人生出彩的機會，共同享有夢想成真的機會。
