構建中美新型大國關係

2013年6月，中國國家主席習近平與美國總統奧巴馬在安納伯格莊園會晤，提出共同努力構建中美新型大國關係。關於中美新型大國關係的內涵，習主席在會晤中用三句話作了概括：一是不衝突、不對抗。二是相互尊重。三是合作共贏。不衝突對抗，是構建中美新型大國關係的必要前提。相互尊重，是構建中美新型大國關係的基本原則。合作共贏，是中美構建新型大國關係的必由之路。

Developing a New Model of Major-Country Relations

Between China and the United States Meeting with President Barack Obama of the United States at the Annenberg Retreat in California in June 2013, President Xi Jinping of China proposed building a new model of major-country relations. This new model, in his words, boils down to three principles: (a) no conflict or confrontation, which is a prerequisite; (b) mutual respect, which provides the basis for healthy major-country relations; and (c) mutually beneficial cooperation, which provides the means to turn this vision into a reality.
