中國夢是和平、發展、合作、共贏的夢
中國夢是和平、發展、合作、共贏的夢，是奉獻世界的夢，與世界各國人民的美好夢想相通。中華民族是愛好和平的民族，中國人民對戰爭帶來的苦難有著刻骨銘心的記憶，對和平有著孜孜不倦的追求。中國人民怕的就是動蕩，求的就是穩定，盼的就是天下太平。沒有和平，中國和世界都不可能順利發展，沒有發展，中國和世界也不可能有持久和平。我們希望，國與國之間、不同文明之間能夠平等交流、相互借鑒、共同進步，各國人民都能共用世界經濟科技發展的成果，各國人民的意願都能夠得到尊重，各國能夠齊心協力推動建設持久和平、共同繁榮的和諧世界。中國已經多次向國際社會承諾，中國永遠不稱霸，永遠不搞擴張。
中國的發展不是自私自利、損人利己、我贏你輸的發展。中國堅持合作共贏，越來越多的國家正從中國的發展中受益。截止到2014年3月，中國已經是120多個國家和地區的最大貿易夥伴，全世界都在享受著質優價廉的中國製造商品。21世紀以來，中國累計對外提供各類援助1700多億元人民幣，免除約300億元人民幣到期債務。2013年中國經濟增長對世界經濟增長的貢獻率接近百分之三十，今後五年中國進口商品將超過十萬億美元，對外投資將超過五千億美元，出境旅遊將達五億人次，將給世界帶來巨大的商機。

The Chinese Dream is a dream of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit. It is a dream devoted to the world and connected with the dreams of other peoples around the world.
The Chinese nation is a peace-loving nation. The Chinese people have the hardships of war ingrained in their memories, and they pursue peace tirelessly. The Chinese people abhor upheaval, demand stability and yearn for peace.
Without peace, neither China nor the world can develop smoothly, and without development, neither China nor the world can have lasting peace.
We hope that different countries and different civilizations will carry out exchanges on an equal footing, learn from each other and achieve common progress; that the people of all countries can share in the fruits of global economic, scientific and technological advances and have their wishes respected; and that all countries can make concerted efforts to promote the building of a harmonious world of enduring peace and shared prosperity.
China has time and again pledged to the international community that it will never seek hegemony and expansion.
China does not seek selfish development at the expense of other countries. On the contrary, it is firmly committed to win-win cooperation, and more and more countries are benefitting from its development.
In March 2014, China was already the biggest trading partner of more than 120 countries and territories.. Today the whole world enjoys using fairly priced quality goods from China.
In this new century China has provided foreign aid worth more than RMB 170 billion and written off about RMB 30 billion worth of foreign debt.
In 2013 China's economic growth contributed nearly 30 percent to the world's economic growth.
Over the next five years China is expected to import goods worth more than US$ 10 trillion and invest $500 billion overseas, while the number of Chinese tourists going overseas will reach 500 million.
All this will present the world with considerable business opportunities.
