Building a Beautiful China

Building a beautiful China is an important part of the Chinese Dream. It is an initiative that calls for respecting, protecting and being in harmony with nature, and is based on a key national policy on resource conservation, environmental protection, and promotion of green, circular and low-carbon development. It underscores the need for leaving more space for nature to renew itself, keeping more land for cultivation, and bequeathing a better working and living environment to future generations so that they could be blessed with a blue sky, green fields, and clean water.
