In the golden autumn of October, the city of Linyi, Shandong Province, welcomed a special cultural and educational event - the 2023 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week's Abacus Sage Culture Seminar and Educational Achievement Exhibition on Abacus Mental Maths as Intangible Heritage. Held at the Blue Sea International Hotel, the event attracted many educators, parents, and abacus enthusiasts from both China and abroad.

Mr. Zhu, the executive CEO of Huayu Time, introduces the 2023 Tell China’s Stories——"Foreign Cultural Trade" Talent Selection Competition for International Students in China,  thoroughly reviews the exciting journey of the event.

緊接著，十大優秀創業明星和精英學員的頒獎儀式拉開序幕。每一位獲獎者都代表了珠算文化在當代的傳承與發展。首先值得一提的是本次活動的十大創業明星。他們在珠算教育和文化推廣方面做出了巨大的貢獻，展現了創新精神和非凡能力。

After a midday break, the afternoon session began with an awards ceremony for the top ten outstanding entrepreneurial stars and elite students, each representing the contemporary inheritance and development of abacus culture. The top ten entrepreneurial stars, who have made significant contributions to abacus education and cultural promotion, showcasing innovation and exceptional ability, include:
