國務院新聞辦公室將於2023年9月26日（星期二）發佈《攜手構建人類命運共同體：中國的倡議與行動》白皮書，並於當日上午10時舉行新聞發佈會，請中央政治局委員、外交部部長王毅，中央對外聯絡部副部長郭業洲，國家發展改革委副主任叢亮，文化和旅遊部副部長、國家文物局局長李群，國家國際發展合作署副署長趙峰濤出席，介紹白皮書有關情況並答記者問。發佈會由中央宣傳部副部長、國務院新聞辦公室主任孫業禮主持。歡迎出席。

新聞發佈會安排全程英文同聲傳譯。本場發佈會需報名參加，請於9月25日（星期一）下午5時前報名。參會人員全程佩戴醫用外科口罩。
