國務院新聞辦公室將於2022年11月7日（星期一）發佈《攜手構建網路空間命運共同體》白皮書，並於當日上午10時舉行新聞發佈會，請國家網際網路信息辦公室副主任曹淑敏和國務院新聞辦公室新聞發言人出席，介紹白皮書有關情況並答記者問。歡迎出席。
新聞發佈會安排全程英文同聲傳譯。本場發佈會需報名參加，請出席記者于11月6日（星期日）下午3時前報名。參會人員須提供48小時內核酸陰性證明、新冠疫苗全程接種證明，並全程佩戴N95口罩。
