新聞發佈會安排全程英文同聲傳譯。本場發佈會需報名參加，請於9月8日（星期四）上午11時前報名。參會人員須提供48小時內核酸陰性證明、新冠疫苗全程接種證明，並全程佩戴N95口罩。

Participants are requested to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate issued within 48 hours as well as proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
