中國網訊 第19屆中國—東盟博覽會、中國—東盟商務與投資峰會（以下簡稱東博會和峰會）將於2022年9月16日至19日在廣西南寧舉行。現將中外記者報名參加採訪活動的有關事項通知如下。
一、報名時間
從本通知發佈之日至2022年9月11日。
二、食宿及交通安排
記者到南寧採訪，往返交通食宿費用自理。會議期間，組委會為記者在廣西南寧採訪提供公共交通。經確認後的記者入住由東博會和峰會組委會推薦的酒店（沃笙酒店，地址：廣西南寧市青秀區雲景路29號，郵編：530025，電話：0771—2260888）。
三、報名方式
1．組委會新聞宣傳部負責接受內地、港澳臺和國外記者報名，具體聯繫方式為：

2.報名時請將《採訪第19屆中國—東盟博覽會、中國—東盟商務與投資峰會回執表》傳真至各組聯繫人,並將回執表電子版及記者本人免冠彩色電子照片（JPG格式，240×320像素，50K以內）電郵至各組郵箱。
四、其他事項
根據新冠肺炎疫情防控工作需要，請報名參加本次採訪的中外媒體記者配合做好疫情防控工作（詳見附件2）。南寧市以外參會的媒體記者須持48小時內核酸檢測陰性證明、綠色廣西健康碼和行程卡（可掃碼附件中的健康碼、二維碼註冊）進入南寧市。在此基礎上，抵達後24小時內需進行一次核酸檢測。9月14日至19日期間，每天在住地酒店免費進行一次核酸檢測。所有參會媒體記者首次進入會期活動場館須持48小時內核酸檢測陰性證明、綠色廣西健康碼和行程卡。各組聯繫人將於2022年9月9日前聯繫回復報名記者，確認參會。

Announcement of Press Coverage of the 19th
China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

The 19th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CAEXPO and CABIS) will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 16th to September 19th, 2022.
This announcement is for the registration of press coverage of the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS activities. Details are as follows:
I. Registration Time
From the release date of this announcement to September 9th, 2022
II. Accommodation and Transportation Arrangements
The transportation of reaching and leaving Nanning and accommodation expenses for press coverage in Nanning will be borne by the applicants. For the convenience of coverage, the applicants, upon approval, shall stay in the hotel recommended by the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS organizing committee (WO SHENG HOTEL, Address: No. 29, Yunjing Road, Nanning, Guangxi, China, ZIP Code: 530025, Tel: +86-0771-2260888).
During the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS, the organizing committee will provide free transportation between WO SHENG HOTEL and related venues.
III. Application
1. The News and Communication Department of the Organizing Committee is in charge of the application from journalists from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad.

2. Fill in the “Press Coverage Application Form of the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS”, send it to your designated contact through Fax, and e-mail the digital feedback form and your barehead photo in color (JPG，240 x 320, under 50K) to your liaison.
IV. Other Requirements
Applicants from the media shall follow the COVID-19 prevention and control protocols (Attachment 2). From September 16th to September 19th, all media staff members have to provide a negative PCR test result within 48 hours prior to entry into the Exhibition Venue and a Health Declaration Form. Your contact will respond to your application before September 9th, 2022 to confirm your attendance.
