國務院新聞辦公室將於2020年12月21日（星期一）發表《新時代的中國能源發展》白皮書，並於當日下午3時舉行新聞發佈會。國家能源局局長章建華、國家發展改革委秘書長趙辰昕和國務院新聞辦公室新聞發言人將出席發佈會，介紹和解讀白皮書有關情況並答記者問。歡迎出席。
