關於參加第17屆中國—東盟博覽會、中國—東盟商務與投資峰會採訪活動的通知

2020年是全面建成小康社會和“十三五”規劃收官之年,也是中國—東盟自由貿易區建成10週年,在這一特殊時間節點和新冠肺炎疫情防控常態化條件下,舉辦第17屆中國—東盟博覽會和中國—東盟商務與投資峰會(以下分別簡稱東博會、峰會,統稱“兩會”)意義重大。本屆“兩會”採取“實體展+線上展”的形式舉辦,實體展將於2020年11月27—30日在廣西南寧舉行。現將記者報名參加採訪活動有關事項通知如下:


一、報名時間

從本通知發佈之日至2020年11月18日。


二、食宿及交通安排

記者到南寧採訪,往返交通食宿費用自理。會議期間,經確認後的記者入住由“兩會”組委會推薦的酒店(邕州飯店,地址:廣西南寧市民主路18號,郵遞區號:530012,電話:0771—2101088,傳真:0771—2835268)。

“兩會”期間,組委會為記者在廣西採訪提供公共交通。


三、報名方式

四、其他事項

根據“兩會”新冠肺炎疫情防控工作需要,請報名參加本次採訪的中外記者配合做好相關防控工作(詳見附件2)。11月27日至11月30日期間,所有進入場館的媒體人員需提交首次入場前7天內有效核酸檢測陰性結果證明及健康承諾書。各組聯繫人將於2020年11月21日前聯繫回復報名記者,確認參會。

Announcement of Press Coverage of the 17th China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN

Business and Investment Summit


2020 will witness the success of China’s effort to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the conclusion of the 13th Five-year Plan. It also marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. Hence, it is of great significance to hold the 17th China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (hereinafter referred to as “the 17th CAEXPO and CABIS”) at this special juncture in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 containment and response. The 17th CAEXPO and CABIS will adopt the “on-site exhibition + online exhibition” mode. The on-site exhibition is scheduled to be held in Nanning, Guangxi from November 27th to 30th in 2020.

This announcement is for the registration of press coverage of the 17th CAEXPO and CABIS activities. Details are as follows:

According to COVID-19 containment and response needs, please follow the prevention and control procedures for media (Attachment 2). During the on-site exhibition from November 27th to 30th, all media personnel shall submit a health declaration with a valid Covid-19 PCR test negative report within 7 days before the first entry to the venue.

2. Accommodation and Transportation Arrangements

The transportation and accommodation expenses for press coverage in Nanning will be borne by the applicants. For the convenience of coverage, the applicants, upon approval, shall stay in the hotel recommended by the 17th CAEXPO and CABIS organizing committee (Yongzhou Hotel, Address: No. 18, Minzhu Road, Nanning, Guangxi, China, ZIP Code: 530012, Tel: +86-771-2101088, Fax: +86-771-2835268 ).

During the 17th CAEXPO and CABIS, the organizing committee will provide free transportation between Yongzhou Hotel and related venues.
