全國人大常委會辦公廳擬於11月4日（週六）下午4時在人民大會堂台灣廳舉行新聞發佈會，歡迎中外記者參加。

      10月30日開幕的十二屆全國人大常委會第三十次會議正在審議反不正當競爭法修訂草案、標準化法修訂草案、公共圖書館法草案等。如獲通過，我們將邀請全國人大常委會法工委、文化部、國家工商總局、國家標準化管理委員會等相關部門負責人出席，共同回答與這幾部法律案有關的問題。

     請有意參加的中外記者，于11月3日下午5時前，憑本人有效採訪證件向全國人大常委會辦公廳新聞局（西城區前門西大街1號）報名，領取新聞發佈會請柬和停車證。

     參會記者憑請柬進人民大會堂北門，車輛可憑證停放在人民大會堂北門停車場。

Notice for Press Briefing on November 4, 2017

Dear Journalists,

You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in the TAI WAN HALL of the Great Hall of the People at 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov 4th , 2017.

The 30th Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started on October 30, is reviewing the draft of the revised Anti-unfair Competition Law, the draft of the revised Standardisation Law, the Draft of Public Library Law, etc. Once they are approved, officials from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Ministry of Culture, and the Standardization Administration will be invited to answer questions concerning these laws.

You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese. If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., Nov 3rd , 2017.

Please show your invitation letter to enter the Northern Gate of the Great Hall of the People and Park your cars at the Northern Gate with the parking permits.
