全國人大常委會辦公廳擬於11月7日（週一）10時在人民大會堂台灣廳舉行新聞發佈會，歡迎中外記者參加。
10月31日開幕的十二屆全國人大常委會第二十四次會議正在審議網路安全法草案、民辦教育促進法修正案草案、電影産業促進法草案、海洋環境保護法修正案草案等。如獲通過，我們將邀請國家網際網路信息辦公室、教育部、國家新聞出版廣電總局、全國人大常委會法工委等相關部門負責人出席，共同回答與這幾部法律案有關的問題。
請有意參加的中外記者，于11月6日下午5時前，憑本人有效採訪證件向全國人大常委會辦公廳新聞局（西城區前門西大街1號）報名，領取新聞發佈會請柬和停車證。
參會記者憑請柬進人民大會堂北門，車輛可憑證停放在人民大會堂北門停車場。

You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 10 a.m., Monday, November 7, 2016.
The 24th Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started on October 31, is reviewing the draft cyber security law, the revised draft to non-governmental education promotion law，the draft movie industry promotion law, the revised draft to marine environment protection law, etc.
Once they are approved, officials from Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Education, State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, and the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee will be invited to answer questions concerning these laws.
You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.
If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., November 6, 2016.
Please show your invitation letter to enter the North Gate of the Great Hall of the People and Park your cars at the North Gate with the parking permits.
