全國人大9月3日舉行新聞發佈會

全國人大常委會辦公廳擬於9月3日（星期六）上午10時在人民大會堂台灣廳舉行新聞發佈會，歡迎中外記者參加。

8月29日開幕的十二屆全國人大常委會第二十二次會議正在審議國防交通法草案、外資企業法等4部法律的修正案草案、關於授權在部分地區開展刑事案件認罪認罰從寬制度試點工作的決定草案。如獲通過，我們將邀請全國人大常委會法工委、中央軍委後勤保障部、最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院、商務部等相關部門負責人出席，共同回答與這幾部法律案有關的問題。請有意參加的中外記者，于9月2日下午5時前，憑本人有效採訪證件向全國人大常委會辦公廳新聞局（西城區前門西大街1號）報名，領取新聞發佈會請柬和停車證。

Notice for Press Briefing on September 3, 2016

 

Dear Journalists,

 

You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016.

 

The 22nd session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started Monday, is reviewing the draft law on national defense transportation, the draft amendment to the law on foreign-invested companies and  the draft proposal allowing suspects and defendants to plead guilty in return for a lesser charge. If the drafts are approved by the session, officials from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, the Logistics Security Department of the Central Military Committee , the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and the Ministry of Commerce will be invited to answer questions from the press over the new law.

 

You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.

 

If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Address: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5:00 p.m., September 2, 2016.

 

Please show invitation letters to enter the North Gate of the Great Hall of the People and park your cars at the North Gate with the parking permits.
