關於參加第13屆中國—東盟博覽會、中國—東盟商務與投資峰會採訪活動的通知
由中國和東盟10國經貿主管部門及東盟秘書處共同主辦，廣西壯族自治區人民政府承辦的第13屆中國—東盟博覽會、中國—東盟商務與投資峰會(以下簡稱 “兩會”)定於2016年9月11日—14日在廣西南寧舉行。中國—東盟“兩會”期間，中國和東盟國家領導人、政要以及政界、工商界人士將出席和參加一系列相關活動。現將記者報名參加採訪活動的有關事項通知如下：
一、報名時間
從本通知發佈之日至2016年8月30日。
二、食宿及交通安排
記者到南寧採訪，往返交通食宿費用自理。會議期間，經確認後的記者入住由“兩會”組委會推薦的酒店（邕州飯店，地址：廣西南寧市民主路18號，郵遞區號：530012，電話：0771-2101088，傳真：0771-2835268）。
“兩會”期間，組委會為記者在廣西採訪提供公共交通。
三、報名方式
1.“兩會”組委會新聞宣傳部負責接受內地、港澳臺和國外記者報名，具體聯繫方式為：

The 13th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the 13th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), co-sponsored by authorities in charge of economic and trade affairs of China and 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, organized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will be held on 11-14 September, 2016 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. Heads of state/government, leaders of political and commercial and industrial circles from China and ASEAN countries will attend the events. II. Accommodation and Transportation
All expenses of your accommodation and round-trip fares are on your own responsibility. The Organizing Committee recommends you to check in at the Yongzhou Hotel (Tel: 0771-2101088, Fax: 0771-2835268, Address: No.18 Minzhu Road, Nanning, Guangxi 530012).
City transportation will be provided by the Organizing Committee during the CAEXPO & CABIS.
