2009年CIGE期間，站台中國將在“亞洲年輕藝術家個展”項目推出蕭搏的個人展覽，這是繼他2008年4月在站臺的個展《斷片·片段》之後又一次新的探索。

From images to paintings,

and then back to images,

this two-ways reading process,

and thepermanenttopic-land and beauty,

vanished as it expanded from single image to therepeated subtlechanges.

First Ladyis drivedinto our eyes as a subject.

Specimens are unloadedandenlarged froma numberoftime chains,

but may be broken when they turned back.

And then they becameindependent and variable,

weakly hanging onthebranches,

with the heavy history definitionoppressed on their backs...

A linear reading

is actuallya nonlinearrepetitionof time,

as well as a value equivalent of sticky moments.

After ithas been deconstructedand reconstructedrepeatedly,

the lightofrealitycannot be repaired again.

However,a pause

can be thought asa passivedemand in therepeated cycle.

time moves ahead slowlyin the mannerof freezing.

Pause at this moment

is just the beginning ofthe next repeating…

標本——從眾多的時間鏈中被卸載、放大

在回歸的途中卻遭遇到斷裂可能

就此獨立和變異

背負著沉重的歷史定義

卻又無力的懸挂枝頭

一種線性閱讀

其實是反覆的非線性的時間重復

一種粘稠瞬間的價值等同

在被反覆切割和重構後

現實的光芒無法還原

而暫停

可以説是在反覆迴圈模式中被動的需要

時間以凝固的方式緩慢的移動

此刻暫停

只是下一次重復的開始
