"形似"——葉立榮個展

　　形似——葉立榮個展

　　這次展覽的作品是藝術家葉立榮從1800年所製造的兩個青花陶瓷中得到靈感而做的。這兩個青花陶瓷一個是中國製造出口到歐洲的，另一個則是英國轉變中國的生産模式，用"藍柳"型的工業化而生産的。東西方文化的歷史關係給藝術家打開了一個超自然的空間，在這個空間裏,全球化的進程以及文化欣賞的刺激變成主題，藝術家試圖展示（反映了自然的主觀變形的景觀形象）的操縱。

　　《XING SI》 Yip Lap Wing's Solo Exhibition

　　The entire exhibition is an installation based on the inspiration which the artist got from two household plates in blue-and-white ceramic. One being chinese manufactured for export to Europe, the other one is a british "Blue Willow"-pattern industrialization product transforming its chinese model. Both products being made around 1800.

　　The historical relationship of these two plates opened a hyperphysical space to the artist, in which the process of globalization, as well as the irritation of a cultural appreciation is the subject.

　　Yip Lap Wing tries to show with his installation the manipulation of the landscape image which reflects the subjective deformation of nature.
